Yes, and the difference matters. A Track you create is a One-of-One Creation with an exclusive license: HitZERØ never licenses or delivers that identical rendered file to anyone else. A beat you purchase, for example on OwnaBeat, comes with a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license: you can use it in everything you make, and other buyers can license the same beat. Both are documented in writing.

Every certified Track includes perpetual, worldwide commercial rights to the specific rendered Track generated through HitZERØ, as detailed in your Commercial Use and Rights Certificate and the HitZERØ Terms of Service. These rights are granted by contract and do not guarantee statutory copyright registration.

For One-of-One Creations, HitZERØ does not license, deliver, or transfer the identical rendered Track file to another user. Because generative systems are probabilistic, other works may share stylistic, structural, or sonic similarities. Your commercial rights apply to the specific rendered Track identified in your Certificate.

Yes. Your Commercial Use and Rights Certificate grants commercial rights for lawful uses such as streaming releases, social content, sync, brand campaigns, live events, competition floors, broadcasts, and other professional uses, subject to the Terms of Service.

No. Verify works on its own. Preserve is the deeper step for creators who want the master anchored too. You can do one or both.

The official HitZERØ certificate record is tied to the Certificate ID and the account associated with issuance. Later records do not override the official certificate record for the specific rendered Track.

Ownership transfer is planned. When live, the record will re-anchor to the new owner and the license will travel with the track, keeping the chain of ownership intact and provable. The planned cost is a one-time 200 Fuel fee, paid by the person submitting the transfer.

Blockchain-backed verification records are designed to remain independently checkable. Continued access to hosted files, account features, and platform services is governed by the Terms of Service and any applicable Preserve terms.

No. Once it is recorded on the blockchain it is permanent and cannot be deleted. That permanence is the point. You can keep the track Private so no one else sees it. Keep this in mind when testing.

No. A preserved record is locked to protect its integrity. To anchor a new version, preserve it as its own record. This screen already supports multiple versions of a track, so each can carry its own proof.

Sui is a public blockchain, so your verification record is open and checkable by anyone. Walrus is decentralized storage built to hold large files like audio durably. Together they keep your proof public and your master safe.

No. For now we hold the verification record safely for you. Moving it to your own wallet is planned for later.
